Routine & Variations

Always stretch before working out to loosen and warm up your muscles. Always consult your physician before starting an exercise routine. If you start to feel any exhaustion, pain, or abnormal conditions, stop working out immediately and seek prompt medical attention.

About This Workout

Purpose  - this workout is designed to get you ready for Summer Break.

Reps - Try 3-4 sets of each exercise, 10 reps until exhaustion. Focus on increasing your weight gradually (where applicable). And put occasional variations into your routine. 

Nutritional Information

In and Out, In and Out. You pay a lot of attention to what you do in the gym. But do you pay attention to what you do going into the gym and leaving? What are you wearing? What are you eating? You'll be surprised how the way you protect your body going into and out of workout can impact the workout itself. We have the answers in The Ins of getting In and Out of the Gym.

And then The Beach. Hey, it's time for our summertime countdown. And why not train yourself for the beach AT the beach. That's right. Certain exercises can get you lean and fit while you get a tan. We have the tips in Ocean Training.
