VIP Party can take many different forms. Some have special give-aways, open bars, red
carpet, while others are more simplistic and do not have promotional items. Each VIP Party
is different and draws a different crowd. Some VIP Parties have cover, some reduced
cover.
It is important
to read each VIP invitation by the promoter. A club on one night with one promoter can be
general admission but VIP on another night with another promoter.
If you aren't
sure how to dress, check with friends what type of people the venue generally draws. And
by all means, have fun and be safe. |

| What
a week we had! We had the Red Carpet premiere party for Lindsay Lohan at Spider Club.
Across town we had Justin Timberlake's Chi twice this week. This coming week, we have the
biggest names of music all under one house for a private bash in Beverly Hills and then a
fashion event on Melrose with tons of hot models. We haven't seen a lineup this good since
November that included the Chingy release party. |

| December
is great! If you haven't check out the new LALate Fridays at Forbidden City or LALate
Saturdays at Sunset Room, you don't know what you are missing. Sunset Room is pulling in 2
girls per guy and this crowd is hot. Forbidden City Friday is the best Fri spot in town
currently, especially if you like to get down and very, very dirty with hot people. |

a huge month! After having a previous month of parties like the Gucci Party, No Doubt,
Dennis Rodman, Mark Walberg, Omar Epps, John Singleton, Forrest Witaker, Jamie Foxx, two
Eninem parties, this month we are off to a big start. We had DJ Collete, Armin Van Buren,
Markus Schulz, Heidi Fleiss and more. A ton of new venues have been added. This is going
to be a great month. |

a huge month. El Centro, Concorde, Harry O's and Special Mega Trance Beach Event all join
LALate.com! We've been carrying about now near to 5 dozen events on the LALate Hot @ 9
Chart and LALate 7-Day Planner Chart with tons of hotties in the house. This month is

| This
month has been shocking. Last Saturday was an example. We have returning to LALate Avalon
and coming soon Concorde so we got invited to a private Mansion Party with Lingerie Girls.
We also carried Francine Dee's (#1 Asian Import Model Party) that night. Plus we had a
Bikini Party on Friday @ 705 and two Warehouse Parties in Two Days. So we went to the
Warehouse Party with the Open Bar - really cool. Reminds us of our Party at the Foundation
Room at the House of Blues last week, a place normally closed to the public but open to
LALate for a private party. This weekend we have a huge mansion party, open bar,
in the Hollywood Hills, with a pool and over 400 girls confirmed rsvps. DJs are from the
Black Eyed Peas group. This party will go down in History. |

| January
was off the hook! The parties and the people were the bomb! So darn hot! LALate now has all the major venues in
LA and is being offered two-three new venue/parties per week. For 2004, LALate has already
added six new venues/events and more are coming in too. The next few weeks with be the
biggest new venue/party offerings ever for LALate! |

| Well
the month of December was incredible! First, LALate was all over the press with our 100th
newsletter, coverd in over 4 dozen media outlets. Then we were in the LA Times for the
Holidays. Then we announced the LALate Best of LA 2003 Awards naming the best venues in
LA, then the LALate Best of NYE Awards for 2003. We personally went to the best NYE party
ever, 50,000 people that went to 5 am with an open vodka party for the cheapest cover.
With all that, we nabbed the #1 venue in LA - Pearl - every night of the week for you -
Tuesday through Saturday! And that's in just 30 days! If you are ready to get

of the biggest new venue openings in LA - Pearl and Gloew. The week before we carried the
incredible hot new Vertigos with a special LALate guestlist and cheap drinks. We had a
killer warehouse party that was unbelievable. Nacional was great on Wednesday. On
Thanskgiving, we had 7 parties listed. Finally, we finished it off by carrying Stock
Exchange on Saturday which is a beautiful venue with great music that goes super super
late. |

hit up the wonderful Tease Tuesdays which had goregous people, Thursday had no less than 5
hours of open bar, guestlist only, NO COVER, parties starting wtih two models parties and
finishing at the great Cinespace. It doesn't get better than this! |

Pilasters, Belly Dancers, Sillouette Screens, Girls in Daisy Nipple Pasteys for the Tops
.... never ever saw a party like this -- the incredible Warehouse Private Party --- maybe
the best party of the year. I could tell you pages of how much stuff that went down that I
have never seen in nightlife in one party - worthy of a $50 ticket but was only a few
dollars. Earlier
this week, went to the Top White Lotus Wednesday, Shelter Fridays, and Tease Tuesday. What
a week! Off to Barfly and 9000 in the coming days. |

just got back from the incredible Penthouse Pet Hosted VIP Party last night in LA! This
party was incredible with the girls so gorgeous and having a lot of "fun". To

an incredible week! We headed to Shelter on Fridays - the crowd was incredible. This
is one of the great "it" venues of the moment and this place was definitely the
top party in town this night. On Thursday we were at the other top "it" venue in
LA - 9000 Lounge! Wednesday we were @ White Lotus! LALate has the best night @ 9000
(Thurs), the best night @ Shelter (Friday) and the best night @ White Lotus (Wednesday). |

is the word! LALate sent us to a second week of warehouse parties - this time featuring
the top djs in the state, a 2 day party, featuring Marques Wyatt, Raul Campos, Doc Martin!

hours, 18 djs! That was the party! Red carpet, shuttle busses, a gorgeous bar, at least
$20 K went into creating this mega warehouse party we attended this weekened - we name it
the party of the summer! It was that good! |

an off the hook week! I can't imagine nightlife any better than this. Tuesday hit the
Falls (no cover), saw Ryan Seacrest of "American Idol", Wed kicked back as Jeff
Goldblum performed live at Level One (no cover), and then Thursday -- Key Club Latin music
party, AD for an R&B spectacular (no cover), White Lotus for hotties (no cover), and
met up with my friends at Cinespace (no cover) that got an open bar earlier in the night.

Wednesday did Ivar for a fashion show, Thursday Cinespace for open bar, Friday and

So tonightt TEAM LALate went to the grand opening of a great new event in LA, Club1970,
which LALate helped support with organizers 104.3 K-Big and DJ Joshua Escandon. They
already have the Key Club on Fridays that we can get you into the VIP room for some fun.
But tonight was the launch of the new Saturday Club 1970 @ El Rey in Hollywood. The ladies were hot, and luvin' the
disco music on the floor as "Boogie Nights" the famous band played tunes that
everyone luvs. Venue was great, easy parking. We look forward to more fun every week.

waterfall on the Sunset Strip? Yep. TEAM LALate saw it tonight at the incredible
party at the brand new "The Fall"s on the sunset strip. This is going to be a
hot new venue. The ladies were of course smokin' hot, a pro-ball football player in the
house .. the venue is super cool (minus dancefloor) and the drinks reasonably priced.

late party with beautiful girls in a loft in downtown LA with a great dj and the girl from
Survivor -- is this heaven or what? This party was A+ and so private. We loved it. To
those of you who went to Vegs for Memorial Week, haha, "THE" party was here in
the heart of L.A. |
